When are assessments due and how should I pay?

You will receive a HOA statement for the amount of $120 in the month of January. You will have 30 days to make the payment. Any late payments will incur a $20 late fee that will carry over, indefinitely, until paid in full. Unpaid late fees will also be added to the closing costs and
sell of your property. Please make dues payable to Estates of Oak Bluff HOA.
