Want to add landscaping or change existing landscaping?
The Estates of Oak Bluff HOA loves to see the neighbors keeping their yards up and home owners adding to their yards and properties! If you would like to a significant landscape addition to renovation, please follow these steps:Â
1. Fill out our form and submit to HOA board.
2. Include a sketch or CAD rendering of what you are wanting to do or add. Please be specific with all plans by including materials, plants, demenisons of beds, and placement.
3. The HOA board will get back in touch with you within 15 days either requesting more information, arrange a special meeting or update you on a approval or denial.
Home Additions, Remodels, Exterior Repair, Added Structures

The Estates of Oak Bluff HOA loves to see the neighbors keeping their yards up and home owners adding to their yards and properties! If you would like to a significant landscape addition to renovation, please follow these steps:Â
1. Fill out our form and submit to HOA board.
2. Prepare to get any and all permits needed by the City of Round Rock
3. Include blue prints, CAD rendering, any info that you can provide to the board for proper consideration of what you are wanting to do or add. Please be specific with all plans by including materials, exterior plans, colors, dimensions, etc.
4. The HOA board will get back in touch with you within 15 days either requesting more information, arrange a special meeting or update you on a approval or denial.
