Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions 

• No Vehicles parked in the street, in the same place for more than 48 hours. 

• No truck, bus or trailer shall be left parked in street, unless it is construction and repair equipment.

• In an event that you are not able to maintain your lot/yard, the HOA has the right through its agents to repair, maintain and restore the lot and exterior of the buildings and any other improvements at your expense. 

• All lots are for residential purposes only.

• No temporary structure should be used as residence 

• No livestock, poultry​ or animal breeding.​

• No truck, bus, boat, or trailer shall be parked on the driveway or any portion of the lot as to be visible from the street.

• Trash cans should be unnoticeable from the street where they are stored from day to day.

• ​

• City Easements are to be maintained by home owners and kept clear of overgrown vegetation, garbage, debris, and anything that can be hazardous or block water flow.

Round Rock City Ordinance:

• Garbage cans cannot be out before 7am the day before collection and they must be returned to their place of storage no later than 7pm the day after collection. 

• Tree limbs cannot hang into street 

• Round Rock Refuse will remove bagged yard trimmings up to (7) seven bags no more than 35 pounds in weight, bags should be sturdy and not ripped or torn and no items sticking out of bags. Brush has to be cut, bundled and tied up to (4) four feet in length and (4) four feet in height, bundle should not exceed more than 40 pounds in weight.
